TOMLINSON TUMBLE

I don't need to paste the clips of Ian T stumbling confused from one police line to another.

He is clearly seen standing dazed and alone.

The 'uniformed' thug came up from behind and simply thumped him to the ground.

Look at Harwood's face - a bully liar's face, born of muscled deprival, resentment and lash-out disappointment.

Not a sentient flicker in the eyes, made for that last refuge, gendarmerie.

I don't know the Filth species simply from sharing bars with the Bill or reading [and socialising with] the likes of Jim Barnett and Leo Clancy.

My busker days were very much 1-on-many touchie-feelie experiences; we recognised each other instantly in the 'de-briefing' chamber.

Now I wonder at my public school prissiness in grading them so respectfully.

SIMON HARWOOD - there's a name that'll set the e-xcrement excavators winking red hereon.

simon harwoodQualification ~ Fair 'nuff, I'm a fair person because I prefer Truth to out before I myself am outed as a sloppy slagger.

22:36hrs Greek time, I've just seen the Beeb news where a sideways camera does show a rozzer delivering a vicious thwomp to the back of someone's pins.

If it was the stumbling Tomlinson that copped it, God rot the undisciplined likes of Harwood.

Pc Harwood said he had used force "initially as an encouragement to make him move away".

And God speed the day when Harwood himself is 'encouraged' to make his own move.

That face ... it's all written there.

Mr Green, if you'd be so good as to play us out.

  • "Lying and talking rubbish" - BBC. The croc tear was a good wheeze.

  • "You are a liar and you know it": Went on to claim that his police training entitled him to use his baton against someone who was posing no threat ... also refused to accept that video evidence proved he had pushed Mr Tomlinson in the back."

  • "They got me, the fuckers got me."

Prolly what fucker Harwood thought he'd been trained for and hence entitled to.

Pray, pray God a hard rain falls on the acne-etched likes of Harwood.

Le Bon Dieu moves in a mysterious way and that often works in our favour.

Just let me be there, Lord, to report it. I don't need no details ~ no how why when or WTF.

'Harwood down' will do. No hurry, no time limit. Craft it, Sir, one of those joyous red-top masterpieces that allows purple prosed harking back to the 'Tomlinson Disgrace'.

    Opah! Hard reign.

DAMNING VIDEO: "Pc Harwood left the Metropolitan Police a decade ago amid controversy over an alleged off-duty road rage incident, then got a job with Surrey Police, where he was accused of using excessive force ... due to face a misconduct hearing over the alleged road rage incident, understood to have happened in the late 1990s, but instead retired on medical grounds."

The slime goes on: alleged alleged alleged ... do us a favour. Everyone knows now that 'medical retirement' is a good old wheeze for the Filth: why dont they stop treating us like fools and simply band with the Paedo-Priest Brigade and have a good old laff about the handy loopholes they exploit?

LAST STEPS ~ they ought to choreograph a 'Tomlinson Totter' to be performed at Filth Fuzzschrifts and gala charity dos, with the 'Harwood Hustle' enacted by the partner. Or Harwood himself re-enacting the steps as he's barged out of office and pelted with rotton apples. It's good the meedjer is keeping tabs on his disgrace.

Revised report - pathologist changers tune.

    The slime slimes on.

Exsanguination - the words they come up with. So Ian had been on the sauce ... no one but himself to blame hint hint ... we'll slime out of it yet.

Kettle cattling illegal - the grime slimes on.

Pathologist asked by Filth to rule out assault

Inconsistent with arrhythmic heart attack: heart pulse data consistent with Tomlinson dying of internal bleeding.

  • Illegal killing: Osama binned and laden (what America does best); Wedding triumph (pageantry, wot Brits do best); Filth busted for bad whacking (what they don't do too badly, neither.)

Happy day! Edging towards some sort of least worst justice.

  • Unlawful: excellent comments from the punters.

Cover-up Central ~ Of course, this is nothing to the Filth, a mere inconvenience of tittle-tattle from which all parties will emerge without even a knuckle-rap.

Harwood/Patel Discredited: actually, i confess i hadnt been following it that closely but they're right, Harwood and Patel are from the same cloth and would have complemented each other perfectly in this particular shoddy job. Neither of them will bite the dust, of course. In fact, after a few shifty words from the bench, both will squirm free to be back soon with exactly the same powers and protection. But it makes for good headlines and and it's always interesting to see photos of these specimens.

"Freddy" Patel - a joke, really, isnt it? I mean, they give themselves away right from from the abbreviated nickname. Honestly, "Freddie" Patel? I don't think even Peter Sellers would fall for that nik.

"Cutting a lonely figure" - tee hee, who's cutting a lonely figure now? I can titter because this is just the opening act of the usual whitewash that will see Harwood walking free and stainless, smirking into his pint as his fellow Filth toast Untouchability. Fuck all will happen, but it needs to be seen to not happen in slow-grinding stages of mock Justice ... solemnity and pontification key ingredients, words like 'fall guy' and 'rush to judgment' to replace 'fallen guy rushed to morgue'.

Harwood is no doubt even now drawing up his 'Absolved Party List', all the while practising before a mirror the solemn expression with which he's been advised to greet the news of his innocence of any blame.

Hall talked balls The slime slurps on: Fellow Filth fibbed to forensics. Not that the Bill has owt to fear, they'll let it all run down their trooser legs and into their regulation socks [eeuuww] and then some high-up will decide,

"Right, that's it. Boorringg. T'punters have had enough. Not guilty, demn'd fine chaps.

Where's that Moore, Smith and Jackson lot? Where's that big darkie was such a star player - ah, there you are Tone ... Ayup, lad, take them three to the cells and give 'em the good news."

UNANSWERED QUESTIONS ~ stalwart Paul Lewis of the Guardian getting the job done.

    Patel Tomlinson Post-mortem

~ Misleading, dishonest, liable to bring profession into disrepute ~

  • "Conduct "misleading" ~ 68 failings identified by Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in Dr Patel's work on the Tomlinson case.

  • Impaired

  • Widow Julia Tomlinson: if it had not been for “incompetence and dishonesty” of Freddy Patel, family could have achieved justice sooner.

  • Panel now to determine if Patel's 'fitness to practise' was 'impaired by reason of misconduct and/or deficient professional performance', and if he should be allowed to continue as a pathologist.

    PANEL FINDINGS:

  • Did not properly consider or comment on fact that abdominal bleeding found on Tomlinson could have caused collapse and death.
  • Did not adequately explain how Tomlinson could have died from heart attack or adequately consider any other possible non-natural causes of death.
  • Having received new evidence, Patel compiled second post-mortem report on same day, but again made a series of mistakes and incorrect conclusions.
  • Patel found to be dishonest as he did not identify changes made to his first report referring to Mr Tomlinson's liver injuries and downplaying signs of bleeding by saying there was "no sign of haematoma" on his liver.

SILLY DR PATEL ~ nota bene the very UN-silly Sinbad's lightning pointer (and what makes Corfucius so feared throughout the land) to see

"Comment 6 by Rodney Ashley of Ballard on this sad report in August 2008

'Then they brought forth silly Dr Patel to attempt to rubbish some of the findings of a tried and trusted coroner who had stated absolutely that sexual malpractice had to be discounted.'

  • BUNGLED! ~ Dishonest! Unfit to practise!

    SERGEANT 'Tony' DELROY SMELLIE

    G20

    Ian Tomlinson RIP

    Reminder video

From what I could make out, Mr Tomlinson was doing no more than standing there - facing away from the police, including the officer who comes up behind him and thumps him to the ground (see video).

  • Ugh, it gets worse. It appears he was assaulted twice.
  • David Howarth was right: our fuzz use the same degree of force on peaceful demonstraters as on violent ones.

"They seem to only have one trick."

  • Guardian analyses video clip including slow-mo.
  • Police deny attempt to mislead ~ Quoth Deborah Glass, IPCC Deputy Chair: "People are rightly concerned about this tragic death and this footage is clearly disturbing."
  • More than 'disturbing', you silly moo. The Filth must be hopping mad. It exposes the uniformed bully-boys as nothing but lying thugs AND it shows up their masters in cahoots right down the line.
  • Three year wait for inquest
  • What is it with these cameras? ~ Good at picking up images save those showing police criminality
  • Police watchdog wrong ~ there were cameras. Duhh - of course there were. It's only now the facts are emerging that anyone's owning up. Clearly, much more stench to ooze out on this overdue outing of The Filth and their modus operandi over the years.
  • Second attack: Blimey - big bastard, that one at the top. Wouldna've liked to have been the lady who copped that truncheon slap.
  • There's clearly a lot more like this under the dung heap
  • A lot more, such as this preposterous and insulting 'impostor' theory
  • Growing catalogue" exposing The Filth
  • And more ...
  • Dept of Now I've Heard It All [No you haven't - Ed]: Truncheoned totty hires Goody hack for quick buck comp from constabulary.
  • Tourists forced to delete photos in the name of preventing terrorism. Quite right, too - we can't have the police being terrorised with (or terrified of) possible photographic evidence of the way they behave. Bring back the good old days of their word against ours in court and nothing to give their mealy-mouthed fibbing the lie.
  • 'Kettle' - everything you wanted to know but were bludgeoned to the ground too quickly to find out.
  • Violent and aggressive
  • The Filth: "servants not masters"
  • IPCC "serious concerns" over control. In other words, the complete lack of control.
  • More violence comes to light. I'm surprised there aren't more shots of the Fuzz clubbing the cameras out of reporters' hands. Without all this photographic evidence, the Filth would have been able to carry on regardless as per what is clearly their remit.
  • Dept of They Would Say That: Police chiefs defend
  • Riot Police: Taught to treat the Great Unwashed as the enemy.
  • 100-witness dossier and Brutality Dossier
  • "Far beyond remit" - and what's this about Tomlinson dying of internal bleeding ??
  • Third post-mortem on Ian Tomlinson.
  • Photos
  • From the top: officers with no badges to be 'disciplined'. What a cruel tease and slap in the shroud for those who suffered. What 'disciplined'? You lot haven't served that brew since 1964.
  • Cocooned élite
  • Where they clashed
  • Ghoul merchants, pornographers of death - Tommo coverage
  • Anxious to whack us long-haired hippies
  • Role of the IPCC
  • Out of the woodwork: claims of Bobby Brutality
  • May Days rumble
  • 159 Assaults
  • The Filth under scrutiny for 'kettling'
  • G20: Inadequate policing
  • Adequate Commenting: Sinbad recognises that 'the horror' lies right here, in us and in our police.
  • Trial charges loom [Like that'll be the day. The Filth'll slip thru, mark my truncheoned words]
  • Three-day verdict: No Evidence
  • Police Untrustworthy: well we knew that, but hats orf to the Magistrates for speaking for England. Of course the Filth are going to be judge and jury - and what an insult to those two nobles positions to even include them in the same sentence - and right bent job they'll make it, too.
  • No Restrictions on Force
  • 100-foot taser: You know? I absolutely believe that the Filth would gear up with even more evil tools, and this cowards'-length taser fits the bill:
"The eXtended Range Electronic Projectile (XREP) delivers a 20-second, 500 volt shock to its victims after attaching itself to its target with a series of barbed electrodes.

Previous Tasers, a non-lethal weapon, only delivered a five-second shock, but could be retriggered and could fire darts up to 25 feet."

  • Don't ask a policeman for his number: cautionary tale

    Let's hear it for

    ~ 'SERGEANT' DELROY SMELLIE ~

(Divinely appropriate name for The Filth)

A glimmer of justice: the odorous Del 'Tony' Smellie has been issued with a court summons following an investigation by the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

    Nicola Fischer

Ranks will close, of course, and one of those weasel lawyers the Fuzz have on tap will see that The Smell oozes his way out.

But I'm marking my calendar with a very big note to monitor the fun

Internal Polity: (You can't say I don't check and check and edit again)

Prof Baddeley topping and tailing and making this blog the must-peruse pamphlet it is.

    GROSS MISCONDUCT ADMITTED

    Harwood~Tomlinson

  • "PC Simon Harwood, the police officer cleared of killing newspaper vendor Ian Tomlinson during the G20 riots, has admitted his actions constituted gross misconduct and has twice offered to resign from the force, a hearing was told today." - Daily Telegraph

  • "Breached three of the four standards of professional behaviour listed on the charge: Use of force, authority, respect and courtesy, and discreditable conduct."

If Tomlinson hadn't been so drunk ~ Harwood mother-in-law.

Ach! If only the stupid moo had piped up earlier, we might have had some fun with it.

  • 21 July 2012

    'Harwood Tomlinson cleared' disgrace

Stupid bloody jury. They should be shoved on security detail for the Olympics and left to take the consequences.

Mewl mewl mewl ... 'four days to clear Harwood of manslaughter ... not told that [he] had been investigated a number of other times for alleged violence and misconduct.'

Oh FFS! You only have to look at his filth of a Filth's face.

Spaz, cretins, mongs, morons, dullards ... all the rest of it.

FILTH FARCE ~ 'joke' jury clears Harwood.

  • Thug in uniform ~ actually, make that thugs plural. Never fair to pick on the partner, I know: stood beside them and all that - first sign of a coward when you've got to hit out at a spouse - but Mrs H looks beefy enough to splat a good man to the pavement and her old man deserves as much break as he gave Tomlinson.

  • One person per week: average deaths while guest of the Filth

  • Punched, throttled, kneed, unlawful arrests ~ disclosing litany of complaints would have breached privacy ... disciplinary history irrelevant to Tomlinson death.

  • Filth farce name-clear fight

  • Why we should trust trial by jury ~ even when it seems wrong.

Now and then on a misguided whim, I think I've spotted something I can phrase in such a way as to appear fair-minded and even-handed over some right vermin that's caught my eye.

What in my vanity I think I'm doing is sticking it to them to show them in even truer colours.

Never comes orf, especially if it's to do with the Filth. There's not many ways one can re-'phrase' those bastards, so all I'll do here is quote the 'strict rules' nonsense and point you to the Criminal Justice Act 2003.

"Strict rules govern what is admissible, and in relation to evidence of a defendant's 'bad character', those rules are contained in the wide-ranging http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/44/contents Criminal Justice Act 2003. As a society, we trust the twelve men and women of a jury to represent us."

    ~ caption Bully and Beef.

  • Just cutting and pasting this nonsense and thinking on that Jackass Jury makes my stomach churn.

    DEL DAY

Watching the Iranian troops' dulcet delrovian treatment of their own countrymen and women reminds me that we're coming up to the Smellie-cop-ter's day in court.

A mere 9 days as the truncheon flies:

    16 NOVEMBER 2009

Culture of Impunity: The reminders just keep coming in of what sort of job environment 'Tony' grew up in and certainly grew used to. Plus, having bulked up in his youth to flatten Smellie père for not changing the name by deed poll, by the time he joined the Force, he was such big fellah that he was prolly Walking Impunity itself and set his own culture.

The Beak will take a dim view of this but I think it should be used in mitigation: the Big Guy never stood a chance. I don't know what his IQ is but if you study his expression in the photos, there is not a huge array of alert emotion there ... he would have absorbed the Impunity vibes around him and been shaped accordingly ... anyway, only NINE days to go and all will be revealed.

  • SKY NEWS ~ 'Enough Evidence To Charge Cop': Just when I think the meedja has gone depressingly quiet, into my email alert box plonks this reminder that the Crown has enough on Big Del' to wag a disapproving finger and make him stand in the corner complete with Riot Squad Dunce Cap.

Don't you love the directness of Sky's headline? No roobish about "Sufficient information to warrant closer scrutiny" or some such namby-pambia - straight to the chase: Enough evidence to charge cop.

Charged phrasing in itself. One can almost hear Stalky removing the cane from the glass-fronted cabinet and resting it against the armoire in readiness for the "Bend down!"

Also no gloss about our Tone's 'restraining' or 'cautioning' or 'shepherding' the young Brightonian or other mendacious euphemisms granted our demure constabulary.

    "The beating of Nicola Fisher."

Bam! Jus' like that. No beating about the bush - just as the video shows no shilly-shallying by Delroy in his beating about Ms Fisher 's bush.

A fair cop of a somewhat unfair cop for all to see. It's official, what was dealt la Nicola was a "beating".

  • "Ms Fisher from Brighton was allegedly hit on April 2 as she walked to a vigil for Ian Tomlinson, who died the previous day."

Some sub obviously decided that one use of 'beating' got the message across and 'hit' would do thereafter. I trust Learnèd Counsel will stick with the former.

  • I assume that the Brighton Argus has its sharpest reporters on this sad saga of "Local girl duffed bad" - but wait! Wouldn't that be a clash of interests?
  • Surely it's the Argus that's "recruiting police community bloggers" for what must be the clunkiest en retard stable door white-wash since the infant Delroy chucked his Junior Nunchaku out of his security crib.
  • What a laugh - can't you just picture all the draft bloggings being logged up in anticipation of the Nicolagate verdict.
  • I will monitor these and report back with the more risible.

    'Til the 16th and SmellieGate!

    TOMLINSON APOLOGY

    About time too.

And let's be reminded of that brutal smug Harwood mug.

Typifying the worst element of the Filth.

He is in my Bulger-basher file ~ 'Lest we forget'.

He will resurface, that lot always do.

Ignominious chapter - Daily Mail - ... Britain’s largest force ... not only employed a thug but misled the public.

    20 June 2011

    HARWOOD'S HIKE

At last! Oh boy, oh boy ... can you imagine how bully-boy Simon must be feeling?

Enfin! I'm amused the paper lists his suffering family so we know who's been going thru the hell with him.

Orf to school for the little ones where their playground mates will be re-enacting their new best favourite game - "You be that Tomlinson bloke and I'll whack and knock you down."

I do hope the Court has time to re-run some of the highlight moments of Harwood's Folly.

Time now for the Filth to tumble.

I trust the redtops will have pics of smiling Tomlinsons at the end of the day.

    18 June 2012

    BRUTE HARWOOD: dragging on

Of course we knew all this the moment we saw the dense impenetrable mask that is Simon Harwood's brute face. Bully features, if ever I've seen self-referential obtuseness either side of the bars.

Tomlinson stood no chance; which of us would have?

Nothing will come of this cosy Old Boys' Network brouhaha.

Harwood defines and delights in the current constabulary culture and is too much the poster-boy for what the Establishment wants to establish.

There will be more dissembling and feinting; the press will be shut up and cautioned over future behaviour and coverage of HarGate ... and it'll go quietly down the memory hole while the Harwood thugeria get on with noisy celebrations.
