FIVE WAYS TO KILL A MAN

I got to know and like many of the poets I promoted at Secker & Warburg - Alan Brownjohn, John Mole, Peter Reading - but Edwin Brock was a particular favourite.

I've been going thru the collections I sent home from London - all unopened, natch, we're not very poetasty here in the Pagoda - and I'm pleased to revisit this one.

I learned it to deliver at poetry bashes that were springing up around London.
